Building your file
If the proposal suits you, we put together your file from the supporting documents you send us.
Additional documents or information may be requested. Once the file is complete, it is submitted directly to our banking partners.

Accepting the offer
If your file is accepted, the loan offer is sent directly to you. It summarises all the terms of your financing: term, rate, monthly payment.
After the mandatory reflection period, you sign and return the contract to the relevant banking partner.

Release of funds
After the contract is validated, the funds are released and your loan consolidation is put in place. The lending bank repays each creditor directly for the amounts owed.
If additional cash has been requested, the amount for your new project is paid directly into your bank account.
